SHEAR BLISS STUDIO POLICIES

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Shear Bliss Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

At Shear Bliss Studio, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

TARDINESS

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Shear Bliss Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

GROUPONS

Shear Bliss Studio Groupons may only be used by our first time guests. We kindly ask that you book your Groupon appointment with the beauty expert noted on the voucher purchased. No substitutions or changes can be made to the Groupon service. We cannot refund any Groupon money simply because the purchase did not go though our salon - a refund can only be done through Groupon itself.
